The Annual Fund is Browne Academy’s first giving priority and the most critical fundraising effort at the school.
As is the case with nearly all independent schools, the Annual Fund is our largest revenue source after tuition. Your tax-deductible contributions to the Annual Fund are critical to enhancing and enriching your child’s educational programs and providing a safe environment in which to learn. Annual Fund gifts help the school meet annual expenses such as faculty salaries, professional development, classroom enhancements, technology upgrades and more.
Your contribution—along with those of all donors—directly enhances a child’s education, and we hope that all members of the Browne community will participate to the best of his or her ability. Annual Fund participation and the overall level of support we achieve are critical not only to accomplishing the planned improvements and programs slated for this year but also to attracting new students, faculty and education grants . A vibrant Annual Fund is one of the hallmarks of a thriving independent school and is one of the important opportunities for parents to participate directly in the life of the school!

Greystone Society
The Greystone Society honors those who demonstrate an outstanding philanthropic commitment of $1,000 or more to Browne’s Annual Fund. The Greystone Society brings together individuals who support Browne’s mission and core values through their philanthropic gifts to the school. Greystone Society members are invited to special programs and events held in their honor. Members also receive the satisfaction of playing a key role in the present and future of Browne Academy.
Naming Opportunities
Named spaces provide a way to recognize someone close to you or to leave a lasting legacy in a place that has special meaning to you and your family. Your gift of a named space will continue to inspire others, as they recognize your generosity to Browne each time they see your name on a personalized plaque. Planned Gifts
The Marion Browne Society was established to recognize individuals and families who have made provisions for future gifts to Browne Academy through their estate plans. There are many ways for you to give a planned gift to Browne, most of which provide long-term tax advantages while continuing to support our school. It is important that you are aware of your options so that you might make a gift with assets most suited to your own financial situation.
